Docketing Process

Our staff dockets your Patent and Trademark correspondences with domestic and foreign Patent Offices, your attorneys or outside counsel along with pertinent information and deadlines, into our IP docketing database. You may forward us pertinent documents electronically, via facsimile, or by traditional mail.


Monitoring

RKS Legal docketing database, allows you to track docketing on a real-time basis. You can crosscheck the docketed information and instruct us to incorporate any case specific special information that needs to be included. Besides, our docketing database is easily searchable allowing you quick access to the information on any of your cases.


Report & Alerts

We routinely send monthly docketing reports to our clients. Alternately our clients can generate and print reports at will, in a customized format as per specific requirements. To facilitate management of deadlines, clients may avail of our Alert service, which provides regular alerts at client specified intervals. We also have a standard monthly forecast for approaching deadlines in the following month.
